I was sent an email regarding an online interview and was given 5 days to complete it. It revolved around 6 questions talking about yourself, your thoughts of the company and availabilities.

They used an video interview process where a question would show on screen and I would have two attempts to record a video to awnser which would be sent of to someone to review.

Very good, you could tell there was something weird about the environment to how they treat their employees. Worst experience of my life, not even a learning one.
