First a video call with the recruiter, then another one with the tech lead, then a tech test and a code review of it afterwards with the tech leader and another dev from the team, very simple and effective.

First was intro call with recruiter, then intro call with manager, take home tech test then final call with manager
Once submitted to github I got an email back to setup the offer call with the recruiter and manager. very simple and clean process

No real heavy tech questions - the tech test took care of that. More centred around familiarity with tech that they use.
