No Formal interview since I was hired as an intern and knew the computer system and workflow well. Mostly asked my hours of availability to work and willingness to travel.
I interviewed as a student with the pdm one on one. He asked some general questions about experience and gave me an offer on the spot. Took about an hour for the paperwork

very easy and behavioral questions. I was first interviewed by a recruiter and then interviewed by a district leader. I went through a background test and a drug test, and was offered the job after 2 weeks.
