You need to have your security certificates and license up to date and no criminal records and you are good. Having The fire guard license will help that's a plus.

I met with the DM. Very nice guy. Asked me about my prior job experience and my goals for the future, explained the job to me in depth and explained the hiring process. After I was offered the position I had to take a drug test and wait for a background check which took a pretty long time.
