Applied through campus recruiter. Did interview over the phone and it took roughly 15 - 20 minutes. Most questions were basic and situational based. Overall, the interview was very relaxed, fair, and professional. The entire process took about 2 weeks.

At the end of the interview, he described to me about the hiring process. And I got the job offer on the same day.
