The interview process was very interactive and thought provoking. It was a very pleasant experience as they tested me on both the knowledge of my technical skills and hands on implementation as well. Following is the process :
1. Technical round Telephonic (Java/Spring)
2. Technical round Telephonic (Javascript/React)
3. Sample project using React
4. Sample project using Java
5. Code walkthrough of the projects.
As stated above already i feel this is a very effective way of determining the expertise of a candidate on their skills. I enjoyed the process
