It was the second round process that made my experience unsuccessful. All I received was a zoom link. I didn't receive any directions on how to prepare other than it was going to be for an hour. It went over 2 hours and there were 4 parts of the interview process.

Asked 8 questions, then had to do role play, then met with a Student Coordinator to shadow them. Then had to do a written draft & had to send it to them an hour after your shadowing session.
