Short no structure to the entire process by the hiring manager, the business falls short here when compared to other UK companies. Worst process have been through and hope others see this as a warning.

The interview felt awkward and impersonal. I participated in an interview process that included multiple stages. It took approximately three weeks to reach a second interview.
During the interview, questions were asked in an unstructured format with limited follow-up. After the interview, the position was filled. No detailed feedback was provided following the decision. The outcome was communicated over the weekend.

Can you tell me a time when things did not go well
Interview process was fine, and everyone I met was really lovely and friendly, but I went in for a face-to-face interview and never heard back either way (as of two weeks since the interview), which is a shame. I saw the job listing was reposted a week later so assumed I was unsuccessful.
Hopefully this lack of communication / follow up was just a blip for them because, otherwise, the process was smooth and fine, but worth being aware of any tendencies for ghosting before you put any time / resource into meeting with them
