The interview process was not only efficient, it was fun! Every single person I spoke with at Rise Baking Company was an absolute joy! We started with a phone screening with the Talent Acquisition Manager, which was about an hour long. This was followed by three one-hour interviews with members of the People Team, including the SVP, HR, Regional Director of Human Resources, Senior HR Manager, and Director of Payroll & Administration. All of the interviews were virtual.
