The recruiter was very unprofessional by calling significantly earlier (>10 minutes) than our interview time and then proceeding to blame me for not answering the very early call. She then called closer to the interview time, but still a few minutes late, and upon answering, the call cut off. I then followed up via email by providing my availability to reschedule the interview for a later date only to receive no response at all.
If this is how Rippling treats their candidates, I'm so glad I dodged a bullet by not speaking to a highly unprofessional recruiter and not having the opportunity to join this company.

One of the few HR recuriter experiences that felt like the recruiter was rude, immature, and did not have a professional mindset. Seemed very judgmental for an initial recruiting call although other recruiters at other companies have been extremely honest and open and enjoyed my interviews. Interviews are very standard such as what I do for work. I can tell by the first 3 interviews I had that this is a secretly toxic company. Per usual.

Question 1
Tell me what you do for work thats relevant to the job posted.
The overall interview process was straightforward, but they were horrible with communication. After hours of effort poured into the case study assignment, and going through the whole interviewing process, they ghost you. How disrespectful of your time and effort. I have emailed the recruiter and absolutely no response. However, they can repost the job on LinkedIn, but can't respond. I'm kinda thankful they never got back to me. If this is how they treat applicants, I can see why they only have a 3.4 star on Glassdoor
