Recruiter -- Hiring manager round The recruiter was great at updating in a timely manner. Hiring manager seems there only for a backup interview, meaning not really care about what you have to say or what you did, but just going through a procedure.

Poorly managed. Was hit by a recruiter, quick 1:1 call then 2 days after was asked to meet with the VP (the HM at the time) for 30 min. In the interview, it was clear that theyre looking for someone who does much more than the typical PMM role, and are looking for GM type of experience (the job title was also referred to as "GTM strategist"). Got asked to submit a take home assignment. Sent it in a couple of days. Never heard from them again
