J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rippling en mai 2023
Entretien
I applied online and a recruiter reached out to set up a time. I found a time 2 days from that email. The recruiter said he'll be away so his colleague will interview me instead. I did some prep. Then right at the start of the Zoom interview, the recruiter told me he was not going to waste my time and said I was no longer qualified for the role. I literally just said "hi" and was told I was not qualified and we ended the call in a minute. I'm not sure how I went from qualified to not qualified so suddenly. If you knew this, you should have told me sooner than later rather than wasting my time prepping for this interview. An email in the morning would have been better than this. This was really unprofessional.
