I was brought into the process at Rippling "late" and my very helpful recruiter got me interviews with the entire team in one day. They were challenging interviews with mini-case examples in the middle so be prepared and do your research. I then had to complete a 72-hr assignment and then an additional assignment. The process was thorough and the recruiting team was very supportive throughout the process. The biggest challenge was juggling the assignment with previous commitments.
