Wow. Where do I begin? The recruiting was done entirely by a bot. I applied online and the next day was set up with several interviews, for various positions. I went through each interview well prepared and with a decade of experience in the industry. The interviews seemed haphazard and disorganized, and nobody was able to answer my pointed questions about the company, goals of the business, or scope of the job. The hiring managers were disorganized and seemed inconvenienced that they were tasked with interviewing a potential candidate. Each time I asked about the role or end goals, I was met with a grumbled reply or "we will get back to you on that." In short, this company has left such a mark on me that I cannot recommend to anyone applying for a role here- the headache and constant run-around given by those with a senior position just don't seem like somewhere I'd like to grow my career.

Horrible interview process. Recruiter was not personable at all, literally could have been a robot just reading off questions - made it to the second round with the hiring manager, seemed normal but I asked numerous time throughout the discussion if my answers were aligned with their team or what he was looking for and he confirmed yes every single time. He said things that indicated there would be another chance for me to ask additional questions - two days later I recieved an automated message from the recruiter notifying me they were not going to be moving forward with the 3rd round interview. I emailed the hiring manager directly asking for feedback, no response.

My interview experience with Rippling was disappointing and unprofessional.
The interviewer joined late to our scheduled meeting, yet later rushed the conversation and ended early because he had a “hard stop.” That felt especially frustrating given that my time clearly wasn’t treated with the same respect at the start of the interview.
Throughout the conversation, the tone felt abrasive and unnecessarily confrontational. Rather than creating a productive discussion about my experience, the interviewer appeared to fact-check my responses in real time in a way that came across as distrustful rather than conversational. The overall interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and lacking basic professionalism.
Regardless of whether I’m selected to move forward, interviews are a reflection of company culture, and this experience left me with serious concerns about how candidates are treated. Based on this interaction alone, I would be hesitant to pursue an opportunity with a company that allows this kind of interview experience.

The interview process was well-structured yet conversational, with a strong focus on real-world scenarios. It evaluated problem-solving ability, communication skills, decision-making, and how closely my past experience aligned with the role and team expectations.
