Contacted by recruiter, 2 screening calls, interview with peer manager, take home assignment + presentation, interview with hiring manager, and final offer presentation with recruiter. Questions and process were very thoughtful and positive. I really enjoyed the entire interview process at Rippling. Interview questions felt effective and aimed directly at understanding how I would approach the role. The offer presentation from the recruiter did a great job articulating the positives of joining the rippling team -- they made me feel like Rippling really wanted to hire me. Everyone was incredibly kind.

The process consisted of an initial recruiter phone screen followed by a secondary interview with the Hiring Manager. While the recruiter screen was standard and professional, the transition to the Hiring Manager stage was where the experience significantly declined.
