Interview logistics was smooth and pretty organized. Did 4 rounds, all behaviorial, they're really assessing for fit. One round was with someone leading the Hong Kong studio, below are the types of questions asked - power trip questions designed to make the interviewer feel good in the name of "seeing how interviewees perform under pressure", IMO.
Talent team was nice to give me feedback when they decided I wasn't a good fit, which is appreciated. But the feedback is that one of my responses showed I don't prefer making a scene and doing public confrontations, which they criticized as "too Chinese". So I get the impression that being "Chinese" is not accepted at Riot Hong Kong and all Riot's talk about diversity & inclusion is just talk and no walk.
Ultimately agree with their assessment that I was not a fit for the company.
