Intereviewd over phone which went really well. I was screened by some random employee that was asked to by the hiring manager. Questions were asked about my ability to perform the job as well as my past job experience. The hiring manager reached out and said she wanted to upgrade my position to Operations Support Specialist II, which is not what I applied for. She then sent me an online test to fill out and return. She didn't like my answers and canceled my interview.
