It was an online interview for 2 sessions within a gap of 3 weeks. No questions regarding technical expertise or qualifications were asked. Most questions related to upbringing, family conditions, education etc etc. And if the candidate don't seem to have the right family background. they reject. No importance will be given to your interests, enthusiasm, or future goals.
