Got a call from CEO the day after I applied, he asked me to come in and have a chat with a senior software engineer and the director of software engineering. The two guys couldn't have been any nicer and more open to my experiences and background. A day later I got a call and scheduled a meeting with the CEO and the director of software engineering, we chatted for about a half hour regarding the work they do and potential projects that I'd be working on if I were hired. I was a bit intimidated at first by the CEO, but overall it was a great experience.
