The interview process was very open and honest. I felt like they genuinely wanted to know whether I felt like I was a good fit for the job, and if they were a good fit for me. They were also open in turn about their expectations from the person they hired and for the role in general. I met with the CEO and leadership of the company, and it seemed like they also wanted to get to know me, which impressed me.
Thank for your leaving a review. We recently reworked our hiring process to ensure we're finding the right matches between Right Source and our future employees, so happy to hear you felt good about the process.
Sincerely, Mike Sweeney

After sending my application, I immediately received an email from an employee. They told me to first do a quick survey, which took about 5 minutes. After I did the survey, that same day, I received another email to schedule an interview. This process was surprisingly quicker than most companies I have applied.

The company is small (about 15 people) split between two offices. I felt like I was being quizzed the entire time. Instead of being asked about my experiences, I was asked to define terms and explain how to use certain programs. Then I felt like I was asked only difficult questions. I was definitely caught off guard since this was supposed to be a first round phone interview.
I'm sorry that your perception of the interview process was negative. We view first round interviews as important, so we ask questions that will determine if there should be a second interview.
