Seamless. They ask some qualifying questions, have you take a personality test to see where you best fit and are open to having you start the following day. Overall the easiest interview I have ever had. Not looking for experience rather the willingness to learn.

Easy, they obviously need associates in the field. They need more sales people with experience, more drive and more kindness. They have a 5 day work week they are closed Sunday and Monday and are open 9-6 daily
