After submitting for the position, I was contacted via phone by HR out of headquarters in NJ. They coordinated an in-person interview with the local office. They occupy the entire building which is relatively new and very secure with restricted access, but the front door is not obvious. The interview consisted of targeted selection questions in a room right behind the reception desk. The manager conducting the interview forgot to turn off his phone. The questions are what you might expect, but make sure you research the company because they are more than what you think.
