I had a phone interview to establish eligibility. The second interview was in person at the Ricoh mail office. The interview was very informal and not intimidating. The interview was conducted by the national account manager of the site and a senior manager. They made me feel very comfortable which lead to a very productive interview.

Initial phone call to discuss job opportunity and responsibilities, followed by face to face interview approx 30+ min with the manager at the location. Was asked a series of general questions and given further insight into the job and it’s duties. Also was provided with honest upfront information on both job and company.
