After submitting my resume online and exchanging a couple emails with the General Manager, I interviewed in person to talk about my experience, expectations, and availability. I filled out paperwork, scheduled my training date and that was that.
It was a phone call in the middle of the day with an Human Resources person. They asked very few questions and it was mostly about how to make different drinks and such.
