Applied for position online and received a phone interview within a week. Interviewed with one of the co-owners through a regular phone call. The call was rushed and impersonal. They really just want to know your job history and ability to handle the position. Did not seem particularly interested in getting to know me as a person at all. It still seemed to go decent but I heard absolutely nothing back afterwards. No emails or calls at all.
