Found this company posting non-stop on the local Vancouver Chinese forum. Thought might be a good idea to speak to him since I am new to the city and looking for a new opportunity. (I have 10 years working experience in Toronto.) I was quickly contacted and spoke with the CEO/hiring manager over the phone, then arranged a meeting with 2 of his developers in his office the next week. The manager did not show up. The talk with the developers went okay, there was no skill testing questions of any kind. This was to be expected, since they are juniors and newcomers who could barely speak English. After that, I was ghosted by the CEO/hiring manager, no response, no respect. Good luck getting the apps done with 2 juniors while disrespecting senior candidates.
