Quick and easy. They looked over my resume and made sure I was competent as a server (experience-wise). They mostly said I got the job based on experience and ran me through the company culture and expectations.

The initial interview was more of a professional meeting. I sat down with the general manager and we talked for almost an hour. I was given the job 2 days later.
