Rialtic's interview process was very standard in its setup, 4 rounds including an HR screen, a technical screen, a technical interview, and a final round. Where they excelled was their excellent communication and transparency throughout the process. Expectations were communicated clearly and any questions I had were answered quickly and comprehensively. The technical interviews were more of a discussion rather than rote leetcode, and was great at testing concepts actually relevant to day to day responsibilities. Although I ultimately accepted a different offer, Riatic's team and interview process stood out to me as one of the best experiences I've had interviewing with companies.
