Four -stage interview: [Pre-screening ] The company asks a few question relating your strengths and weaknesses and describe the timeframe and what the role entails [Interview with HR] If you passed the prescreening process, you will have an online meeting with the company's HR to dig deep into your resume/CV and to let them know your personality and experiences [Online Assessment] If you pass the previous stage, The SHL assessment will be sent to your email where there will be a 36-minute assessment to test your logic and a little bit of numerical questions. [Assessment Day] This is the final stage where you will be to be physically present at the company premises. You will be arranged to complete 3 activities including, 3-minute short introduction, Group Case , and the individual interview.

Interview Process is very slow to get potential candidates who can be future leaders of Rhenus. Every year 10 MT are being selected.
