I was referred by a friend of a friend in early February, and much like what was discussed in other reviews, it began with a short phone screening to make sure that I was eligible to be hired (non-smoker, college graduate, etc). They scheduled a date and time for me to show up on location to take their IQ/Personality test, which I felt I aced. I finished all the sections on time, and skipped the questions I was unsure of. I was immediately told to wait in an interview room where I met with a recruiter, who steered me towards applying for the Implementation Consultant job. She stressed that it would require a lot of travel, and asked me about my personal and career goals before telling me that she was interested in moving on to the next step in the interview process. I was asked to take yet another personality test, consisting of moral value questions, before being thanked and sent home. Within a week, I received a call from the same recruiter to schedule a second interview with the manager of the department in which I was applying. The interview went very well, and I expressed my enthusiasm about the position, why I felt I was an ideal candidate, and my career goals. He thanked me for my time and the receptionist told me I would receive a decision within 3-5 days. 2 days later an email arrived thanking me for my time and interest, but that I would not be hired at this time. Honestly, I can't figure out why, as I felt that every step of the interview process went swimmingly.

I took a long, detailed online assessment. I gave one phone interview, and was told I would be given a second phone interview. In the meantime I was sent an additional set of application questions, and an ethics assessment. Several days later, I received an email stating I was not getting the job, despite having been told I would receive another interview. In the end my two qualms are this: 1) I was told I would receive a second interview, and this turned out not to be true. 2) The questions on the supplemental application and ethics assessment were awkward and invasive. I give a few examples below. The supplemental application asked many questions about my spouse (I am not married, and there was no "if applicable" anywhere on the page), as well as inquiring if I had car, child support or alimony payments. The ethics assessment was very fixated on two particular issues: marijuana, and stealing. 55 questions, and nearly every single one was about my views on marijuana and stealing.
