1. IQ Test (memorization, math, patterns and personality) 2. Zoom interview with recruiter (laid back, get to know you) 3. In person interview with president of the software development department. (Formal but 95% of it felt like a conversation where you get to know each other and 5% of it was “technical” where he asked about projects) 4. Zoom interview with 3 other people in leadership. (Same as the in person interview but with 70% of it being a conversation and 30% being more about your projects and experiences) 5. Drug and background check 6. Offer

Very smooth process, applied online through their website with a wonderlic examination, received an email for HR interview, futher online personality questions and an in person interview. HR interview was very pleasant

I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
