I applied for the software developer position after seeing their postings on my university career services right after graduation. I sent them my resume through email, 2 days later received an email to call their recruitment office. When I called I was asked a series of standard screening questions by a very bored sounding recruiter. I think as long as you say you are a non-smoker you are asked to come to the office for the next step.
At the office I took 3 tests, letter sequencing, shapes/pattern recognition and word problems which I passed very easily since I have a knack for puzzles and IQ tests.
Right after I finished, the admin at the desk asked me to stay for an interview. The interview was by an HR rep who mainly asked more background questions. After that interview, they asked me to take an ethics test mostly about stealing and drugs.
After the ethics test they asked if I could stay for another interview with a manager or supervisor. He asked some questions from my resume and experience on programming, but nothing really technical. After that interview, they asked me to stay for yet another interview with the VP of business applications. He went into even more detail with my resume and ultimately decides whether or not to hire or not.
The interview process was very fast, streamlined and impersonal, I had the impression they just do mass recruitment and send as many people through the grinder as possible. Ultimately, everyone and every test involved in the process is just screening for the final VP interview. The interviews with supervisors and recruiters are just filtering applicants for the VP and its up to the VP to decide on the hiring. I think they hire anyone with a degree that can get past the tests and has a personality the VP likes and thats it.

Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
