Got a phone call from a HR rep so did quick 5-10min phone interview which consists of just yes or no questions like do you smoke or can you come to Houston for the 5 month training? Then after phone call received email with information on where to take the personality test and skills test. Took both of those which they say will take about 2-3 hours to complete but you can count on more like 4 hours. Also the personality test was a little redundant with the questions in that they would ask you the same questions over and over again just worded them a little differently. The skills test is very hard and don't make the mistake I made which was started guessing on some of the answers thinking I needed to try and answer them all because apparently you don't need to answer them all as the test only counts the questions you answered and non-answered questions don't count against your score. Only advice to HR department is let candidates know before taking the skills test that they shouldn't guess on the questions since only those questions they answered will count for or against them or even better get rid of the skills test all together since it really has nothing to do with the job you are hiring for. There is obviously some reason why this position continues to remain open and unfilled for the region I live in so it's probably best that I didn't get an offer or even another interview with this company because that's definitely something I would've asked them about.
