J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) en juin 2020
Entretien
The interview took 5 minutes. The. interviewer briefly asked a couple questions about my resume, and then asked a series of questions including "have you ever been convicted of a crime or misdemeanor?". I answered "yes" and gave the name of the traffic violation I was convicted of and the year. She asked what led to me being convicted of that, wanting to know details of the incident. When I told the interviewer I would prefer not to get into the details of the incident, she smiled and ended the interview. (she said 'ok at this point I'm going to pass your info along...') I received a rejection email today (2 days later)

Then a interview with the manager who asked technical questions (arrays, BST, stack, queue). Then a final in-person interview about 2 hours where current software devlopers asked about your projects and then other reated technical questions with some behaivoral.

I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
