The interview process was pretty straight forward. It consists of an initial online assessment which has Math, Logic and Abstract reasoning. The Math section is without a calculator. This is followed by a brief interview (20 minutes) to learn about your motivations and if you are successful, a final proctored assessment same as the first online assessment.

Terrible. Waste of time. They make you do a 1hr long appitude test I believe. You have an interview with an American base employee who doesn't know much about your role or who you will be working with. Then they will leave you on hold for 2 weeks until eventually they won't offer you another interview regardless of how well you did.
