Online test contain 5 section, aptitude, reasoning, vocabulary. Some of the sections have a timing some not. To check the efficency of candidates they give 3 minutes for 50 questions.

Terrible. Waste of time. They make you do a 1hr long appitude test I believe. You have an interview with an American base employee who doesn't know much about your role or who you will be working with. Then they will leave you on hold for 2 weeks until eventually they won't offer you another interview regardless of how well you did.
