Interview process went quickly. I applied on Indeed, and they reached out to complete an assessment (Cognitive, Motivation, Personality). They reached out 2 days later, and I was invited to the facility to meet with a recruiter. Once I arrived, the recruiter stated that the position I applied for was filled, but they would like to conduct the interview in case something else opens up. I felt that this should have been communicated to me before the interview, and I completed the interview + their written test afterwards.
