Positive experience in a reasonable timeframe. 3 days after I applied, I received an email in which the company expressed interest to set up an initial call interview and asked for my availability. We agreed to a time 1 week out. During the phone interview the accosiat disclosed the non-negotiable wage & benefits as well as some details about the position. I confirmed that I was still interested. The call took max 10 minutes. (It would have been nice to specify in the email that it was a phone call) A personality test had to be completed online. We set up a zoomcall interview for 1 week out. 3 people and myself were on the call. Everyone introduced themselves with genuine stories of their careers. They asked some standard questions and seemed interested and not only reading from a script. It took 45 minutes. I was offered the position with completion of a Background check & drug test. My starting day was 1 month after my application.
