Entretien
It's basic interview questions. However they did ask illegal questions which I was unprepared for. Knowing about their products is especially helpful but not required as they educate you on you day on the trade.
It was an interesting experience, but they really do desire fresh out of college males (I've been a store manager for many years and can safely say that as their preferred applicants).
Have many examples of when you showed leadership and brought about change in your current and past employment.

I was also asked when I was getting married. When I was having children. If my fiancé would relocate with me. If I smoked or used tobacco (should have asked if I had any aversion to pushing tobacco products).

Entretien
It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Entretien
Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.

hr call is simple they ask basic details and then call with hiring managers ask about your past experience and ethos of company reynolds american they also ask about your resume and some behavioural questions
