Passed the phone interview. Did the webcam questionnaire and the following week I did the DOTT. The District Manager was with us the entire day during the day on the trade. The TM and the DM chatted back and forth the entire day (majority gossip) which left me twiddling my thumbs b/c obviously I could not and didn't care to contribute. At each vendor we stopped at the both were buried into their laptops chatting back and forth nonstop. The only time I felt acknowledged was at lunch when the DM asked me a few questions then it was back to gossiping with the TM. I did not make it to the next step b/c I obviously did not get a good review from the TM. Impossible to get a good review when one has next to no opportunity to contribute to the day b/c you are being treated as a fly on the wall. Completely ridiculous. Their loss though. I already have a second interview with Altria of which I'm confident ill pass then its onto insuring RJ Reynolds continually loses market share wherever I am placed

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.
