on campus interview with 2 people. Behavioral questions, some probing on the resume. Several questions on the industry and why RJ Reynolds. Was asked to tell something unique about myself. On site interview - half a day with 4 people and than a 45 minutes for a case. Case is relatively simple in comparison to consulting interviews. Showing strong framework impressed the interviewer.
