Entretien
3 interviews, each more detailed than the previous. You can tell they want to get to know the person and how well they will be able to grow relationships with the clients. I feel it is more focused on the person than the experience, but obviously you need to have the required experience.
I felt the communication and culture of the organization is top notch. Just like any position or company there are positives and negatives, but overall it's a great company to learn and grow.

Entretien
I first had a brief phone screening. Then I met with the Branch Manager two times. In between, I met with the Regional Director of Sales at a coffee shop. These were fairly informal interviews...no trick questions, more conversational.
