I came across a sign on the window that said they were hiring so I dropped off a resume and filled out an application. The same day I got a call to come in for an interview. The interview was basic, nothing to worry about. Just a couple situational questions.
Short question/answer 1 on 1 with the store manager. Atmosphere was pretty relaxed since it is just a part-time position. Overall it took less than 30 minutes. Was offered the position after the interview.

Applied in person, was called for an interview the next day. The interview was one on one and was very straightforward and not that long. I got offered a job the next day.

Met with manager and she asked basic questions. She was very friendly and easy to connect with. She hired me instantly and I started that evening. She was interested in who I am as a person.
