Thorough, comprehensive. Was asked lots of questions to determine if they were a good fit for me and if I was a good fit for them. Ultimately the scheduling of long shifts wasn't a fit for me but they had a competitive wage and benefits.

They asked me about my work history and roles, strengths and weaknesses, and about additional services such as MedsChecks (diabetes and regular) and flu shots. They did not ask any clinical questions.
The interview was nice and informative, they asked about my current location and when I’ll finish my licensing process. I had a follow up meeting to discuss the offer which was sent by email.
