Phone interview, in person interview, zoom interview. initial contact seemed promising, but fell apart with second interviewer that asked questions unrelated to the position. Then would ask the same question in a different format. Very odd.

The senior HR individuals I spoke with were polite, but did not seem skilled in conducting interviews. Most questions were generic and others were not relevant. Interviewers seemed confused as to their own process. Surprising considering size of company.
