Started with a scheduled phone interview then went in for an in person interview. Met with the account manager whose team was looking for new members as well as her higher up. Then interviewed with the president of the company. All were very nice and easy to talk to.

Met with 3 hiring managers and discussed the position as well as went over my resume. Was told that one of the hiring managers or recruiters would be in contact once they completed all their interviews.

Too long. You generally interview with the Account Manager, Director, and COO or CEO. They like to have you interview in one day, which means you can be there for awhile waiting for each person to have time to interview you. They'll make you wait in the conference room until they're ready. Poor planning and time management. If the Account Manager likes you they'll prep you to be successful with the Director and CEO/COO. They'll tell you what you need to say to get hired.
