The process took less than 2 minutes. Revolut had reached out to me via Linkedin for an interview because they liked my profile and it fit into the role they were looking for. A week after scheduling a call they cancel the call with me saying there had been an issue with the position and had been closed. Two weeks later I get contacted saying the position is open again and would like an interview with me. I accept the interview. The person who I was supposed to have an interview with never showed up and another person showed up. The first question I was asked was if I needed sponsorship for a visa, as soon as I said yes the recruiter ended the call. Terrible experience, wasted my time to prepare for this interview. Revolut was a company I was truly interested in, but after the interview process, I realized this company is a joke. I suppose the rumours about the terrible company culture that they have is true. Next time make sure you explicitly mention you are not willing to sponsor a visa and avoid contacting people who might need one.
