The interviewer didn't show any interest. Fast interview. Felt rushed. The interviewer didn't have good interpersonal skills and provided very unclear descriptions about the job. Doesn't reply to the email sent.

There was no response or an aknowledgement that they received anything from me for a long time (think months) after submitting the form on their website. Even after reaching out to multiple people over Linkedin it took a couple of weeks to get any response. There were multiple stages where they checked your IT knowledge and writing style (both of which, in my opinion, should be taught after joining the company to match the particular skills they need in this position). Then there were a couple of interviews that were arranged quickly but felt superfluous as you talked with different people on the same stuff. Then there was a thorough background check, which was the only step (even though very long) that I hought was logical for a financial institution. In total, the whole recruitment felt very long and with too many interviews.
