Muy buena entrevista y el entrevistador muy difícil pero bien gestionada y sobre todo cordial buscando lo mejor para la persona. Muy atento y se nota que estudian a la persona que entrbistan.

Very poor. Could already tell from the interview process that it was a toxic culture. Typical startup culture where you could tell that the people in the management roles weren’t experienced and felt threatened by someone with experience, it was very clear.

Initial interview over the phone, followed up by in-person interview. I would say the process was very smooth, overall. Before the final stage, I got given a task to complete which was demanding, but nothing too complex. All in all, compared to other companies I had interviewed with, Revolut's was very smooth.
