Interview process looked short and simple. They told me hiring process could take no more than 10 days (amazing I thought ..). 3 Interviews in total with one role play in the middle and the final talking about some opportunity example and how I closed them/resolve them.

Why are you looking to join Revolut? What's your conversion rate (?!?)? He meant what's the percentage of target you achieved..(Unfortunately I understood the question days after the call.. I guess dealing with exchange rate of currency can change your 'vocabulary' and way to assemble sentences..) Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult situation with a customer.. Sell me the product you used to sell in your company (unfortunately the internal recruiter told me instead to prepare a role play for one of Revolut products...) Unaligned teams .. Tell me about the sales cycle and KPI ?

It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
